Cruising The Cape is the award-winning tourism magazine produced by the Augusta-Margaret River Mail newspaper in Margaret River. Co-ordinated by John Neesham from The Mail office in Margaret River, the printed version of Cruising The Cape is now in its sixth year. The Cape, as it is affectionately known, has undergone a relaunch this year which has resulted in a new lease of life for the magazine. The relaunch coincided with a new system of distribution of our 55,000 printed copies of the magazine which are circulated to householders throughout Perth via the Sunday Times-owned magazine, Perth Weekly. This on-line version of Cruising The Cape which you are now "surfing" contains a selection of news stories from the current printed version of Cruising The Cape, as well as numerous regular segments which will show you a sample of the beauty of the Margaret River region. Cruising The Cape magazine prints six editions each year, based around the change of seasons and important festivals and events in the area. Because it is produced in Margaret River, by the people who live here, will be sure to catch up with the behind-the-scenes stories and goings on and characters of the area.
