Margaret River Regional
Environment Centre (Inc.)
50 Town View Terrace,
Margaret River WA 6285
Ph. 9758 8078

The Margaret River Regional Environment Centre was established to provide and disseminate information for locals and tourists alike, about political, social, cultural and spiritual environmental happenings in this region.

We hope to have people use this facility for:
  • Gaining and giving information;
  • Networking happenings between people in the community who wish to be involved;
  • As a meeting place for like minded people to discuss environmental issues, strategies, and projects; and
  • To use the building for meetings, workshops and gatherings for environmental purposes.
We have been solely supported by the community for the funding to get this environment centre up and running.

We have approached numerous businesses for donations and every one has given generously.

We are also supported by membership to the Environment Centre and the raffles, which we have used for fundraising and publicity.

We could not have established this facility without the volunteer work of our committee who worked to gain the building and thereafter continued to work towards its opening.
