Our own special blend of fine European-style chocolate is developed and tempered from some of the finest raw ingredients in the world. We source "raw chocolate" called couveture from the world's finest cacao houses and then blend and temper it to create our own distinctive flavour, texture and style. Our team of chocolatiers create a wonderful array of chocolate products, from basic bars and moulded shapes, through to chocolate sauces, chocolate biscuits, hand-made gourmet truffles and our wide range of chocolate coated products.

Marron is a freshwater crayfish renowned around Australia and the world as a great delicacy. It is one of Margaret River's original inhabitants, with the first Marron populations originating from the Margaret River itself. At the Margaret River Marron Farm and Witchcliffe Estate Wines, we can provide you with the ingredients for a magnificent gourmet feast. You can buy live marron to take home and cook yourselves for the freshest meal possible (we will also have a range of Marron products to release in the very near future), and farm grown avocados when in season. We also have a selection of medal winning Margaret River wines to sample and select from, with our Chardonnay and Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc going particularly well with Marron! We also have a Marron Farm display room, where you can see and learn all about this fascinating creature, and the history of the farm.
